Shipping policy

Orders are processed, carefully packaged, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or postal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

DTF Transfer Shipping & Turnaround:

  • Turnaround: DTF print orders are printed and prepared within 1–3 business days.

  • Packaging: All transfers are shipped flat in rigid stay-flat mailers with chipboard backing to prevent creasing, bending, or damage in transit.

  • Tracking: Every shipment includes USPS tracking so you can follow delivery right to your door.

  • Application Instructions: Complete pressing temperatures, times, and peel instructions are included with every transfer package.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may choose between:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Economical shipping for packages up to 70 lbs, generally arriving within 2–5 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Expedited delivery, generally arriving within 1–3 business days.

Rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has been prepared and handed to the postal carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
