We have been praying over these books for a long time, and today we get to share some happy news. The first Faithful Journey Press books are finished and live on Amazon!
They come from the Mustard Seed Family, our children's imprint. The family is Mamaw and her five grandkids, Reuben, Rachel, Keziah, Susanna and Silas, along with Adele, their brown Cavapoo who loves every one of them. Mamaw's grandbabies are her whole world, and nothing makes her happier than gathering them around God's Word.
Walking with Jesus
Our first series is called Walking with Jesus. Each book tells a Bible story simply and truthfully, with every verse quoted straight from the King James Bible. Each story has a storybook to read together and a coloring book so little hands can stay busy while they listen.
Book 1 is The First Christmas, and it is ready just in time for the season:
- The First Christmas: A Read-Aloud Bible Storybook for Kids Ages 4 to 8
- The First Christmas: A Read-Aloud Bible Story Coloring Book for Kids Ages 4 to 8
- The First Christmas: The Mamaw Liza Jane Edition
- The First Christmas: The Mamaw Liza Jane Edition coloring book
"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." – Luke 2:11 (KJV)
Book 2, The Wise Men, is coming next. We'll share it here as soon as it is ready.
Why a mustard seed?
Jesus said that faith as small as a grain of mustard seed can move mountains. We believe the little moments matter, like a story at bedtime or a prayer at the kitchen table. Those small seeds grow into a faith that lasts a lifetime.
